- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As I approach my appointment with a misunderstanding of 20 minutes difference of my arrival in my appointment time I was greeted by a very rude reception name Shana it's already nerve-wracking when you are nervous and scared and understanding that you are late and willing to wait as she barked at me where the whole entire office could hear she was very rude and clearly don't understand that she is in customer service especially at cardiologist office. So to say I never saw the doctor just cancelled and assume that she is a reflection of his service so for those patients who go and who's happy God be with them for new patients I wouldn't recommend there are too many other cardiologist to settle for a barking dog at the deskJanuary 04, 2017by Bjl bjl
